February 8 – Labels

Post It Note Poetry Feb 8

She wears them like fashion

Paraded and branded in servitude

Discounted: For Quick Sale

He wears them as gaff tape

It keeps the cracks from widening

To hold the acronyms at bay

Each takes a blank label

Selects a pen

And writes their own identity

Adam, I really liked your blog, so I have nominated you for the Liebster Award. If you choose to accept, put it on your blog, answer the questions I have posted, post eleven random facts about yourself and then list eleven questions for eleven blogs that you would like to nominate. Look forward to reading more of your posts.

Thanks for the nomination Elizabeth but I will respectfully decline at this point. Perhaps at a later stage.
Thanks for reading and thanks for considering my blog and what I write worthy of your time and attention.

I want to say a duet. You have that back and forth that was in A ritual of tea.

In copperplate script. Or comic sans. Haven’t decided 🙂

I have never been a designer brand girl, I did once buy a t-shirt because I liked what it said on the label,,, the inside clothes label & it was underneath where the washing instructions should have been. Yes I wore it with the label sticking up so I could share it with the world!
I liked this one, it reminded me of my time wearing the label!
